RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Estelle Nightwear, we are committed to ensuring your absolute satisfaction with our luxury nightwear. Here’s how our return and exchange policy works:

7 days return & exchange window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items

Unworn and Unwashed: Nightwear must be returned in its original unworn and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact

Easy Return: We will only accommodate a return if the item sent from our end is defected or not as promised! To initiate a return kindly e-mail us at Estelle.nightwear@gmail.com 
Please note that the refund can take up to TWO weeks.

Refund or Store Credit: You can choose between a full refund or store credit for future purchases

Size Exchange: If you need a different size, contact us, we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange given if the new size is available!
